Dr. Fauci Suggests Mass Shootings Are A Public Health Issue

Okay, sir, you’ve got to get back to your little public health seat … I mean, shoot, I wouldn’t call you an expert on this, but here we are.
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot would be considered an “expert” on mass shootings if we are really to say the bar is that low.
Attempting to suggest that gun violence is a public health emergency is beyond his already very narrow expertise. In fact, these areas are so irrelevant to trying to compare and contrast a lens. It’s like trying to find the similarities between male and female genitals … but nobody wants to have this conversation.
CNN host Dana Bash spoke to Dr. Anthony Fauci on the two subjects and how they somehow overlap in her mind. Here is a snippet of it –

This isn’t the first time Dr. Fauci has been criticized for speaking out on issues outside of his area of expertise.

Fauci was previously criticized for commenting on topics unrelated to medicine.
In August, Fox News host Tucker Carlson claimed that Fauci was “a scam” who, despite allegations to the contrary, often got into political debates.

Fauci’s comments come days after a mass shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis that left at least eight people dead. I
According to the Gun Violence Archive, there were 151 mass shootings in the United States by Sunday in 2021.

In all fairness, anything the Democrats can use to tie us Americans to our couches and make us dependent on the government is considered a public health emergency.
